Tu B'Shevat, Jews celebrate with the fruit of the trees, placing
particular emphasis on the 7 types of
produce by which the Torah praises the land of Israel.
The seven species are mentioned in the Torah in Deuteronomy
8:8 - A land of wheat and barley, of vines, figs and pomegranates,
a land of olives and honey (from dates)
